Veneer and Saw Logs

With more than 20 years of experience in veneer and saw log sales, Coastal Lumber Company is a leading supplier of these products for domestic and international companies.

Our logs come from the Appalachian region, known for its high-quality timber. We specialize in red oak, white oak, ash, cherry, hard maple, yellow pine, walnut, tupelo gum, sap gum, cypress and poplar. After assuring that each log is harvested correctly, we professionally grade the logs according to size, color and character. Then we cut them to achieve the highest grade and yield.

Our two decades of experience with veneer and saw logs have taught us what our customers want, and we take pride in knowing that we can deliver.

Export

For more than two decades, Coastal Lumber Company has been a world leader in supplying high-quality veneer and saw logs. With sales agents in several countries who work directly with our customers, we are able to reduce language and cultural barriers and better meet the needs of individual companies.

Coastal Lumber Company containerizes both saw and veneer logs for export. We ship everything from 8” clear two-sided cherry saw logs to true high-quality veneer logs. All logs are end waxed and s-ironed upon the customer’s request. Some species, such as poplar, are shipped when there is no chance for the logs to stain.
